In order to have your participation with CV! recognised on the Curtin Extra Certificate, it is your responsibility to register and track your progress via UniHub; we will provide you the necessary links to do this once you have been assigned to an activity.

If you commence volunteering in a CV! activity and register for Curtin Extra via UniHub between:

  • 1 January and 30 June, you will have until 30 November of that year to complete your requirements unless you are graduating in Semester 1 of that year which would mean you will have to complete your requirements by 30 June of the same year.
  • 1 July and 31 December, you will have until 30 June the following year to complete your requirements unless you are graduating in Semester 2 of that year which would mean you will have to complete your requirements by 30 November of the same year.

Please note that UniHub will undergo twice yearly maintenance periods in July and December, so if you do volunteer in these months, please hold off on logging hours in UniHub until the start of the subsequent month.

Please do not hesitate to email cv@curtin.edu.au if you have any queries.
