Guild House is located across the road from Curtin University's Bentley campus on the corner of Kent Street and Jackson Road. It offers two main types of housing - single occupancy in 36 six-bedroom flats and accommodation for eight couples.

Guild House - Jackson Road
Enjoy affordable and comfortable living in six-bedroom flats which feature a kitchen, living room, washroom, bathroom and two toilets.
Rental for 2015 is $145 per week, including water electricity and gas. Large singles $160, and doubles $225 per week, ($112.50 each). On campus fees are charged 20/22 weeks in advance. Special payment arrangements may be possible under special circumstances and with approval by the management.

Reserved for couples (students with husbands, wives, girlfriends and boyfriends)
Guild House - Kent Street
Kent Street flats contain six bedrooms, a kitchen and living room as well as two complete bathrooms.
Rental for 2015 is $170 per week, including water electricity and gas. On campus fees are charged 20 weeks in advance unless special arrangements are made with the management.
Your flat will:
- Be fully furnished with sofas, a dining table and chairs, a vacuum cleaner, and fan
- Have a fridge, freezer, stove (cooker) and microwave
Your room will feature:
- A single bed and mattress
- One study desk, ergonomic chair and desk lamp
- A heater, fan and wardrobe
- A computer network connection port

Facilities and parking

Relax after class in the Guild House common room. Provided are a pool table, table tennis and TV. You can also book the hall for residents' functions
The laundry has coin operated washing machines and dryers with sinks for hand washing. It also has a lounge area with a TV and vending machines. Clotheslines are available next to the laundry
