Special consideration entry
If you are not able to meet Curtin's standard entry requirements due to a disability or medical condition, you may be eligible for special consideration entry. More information is available on the future students website.
We also recommend that you contact a Disability Advisor for assistance with the application process and to discuss your support needs.
We suggest that, before you enrol, you should discuss the course requirements and any assistance you need with the Head of the school or department teaching the course.
Visit the Orientation website for information about Orientation and support for first year students.
Information sessions specifically for students with disability or medical conditions are held in Orientation week.
If you need assistance to attend Orientation activities, please contact the organisers of the event or a Disability Advisor.
For more information about Support Services, visit the Curtinlife website.
Transition to university
The National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) program aims to assist people with a disability to move between school, vocational education, training and higher education, to succeed in their chosen studies and begin suitable employment. More information is available on the NCDO website.
To discuss your needs, please contact us.
