Counselling services for regional and online students

The Counselling Service is also readily available to students who are not on the Bentley campus. If you are a regional or online student, read on for more information.

Online Students

The Counselling and Disability Services (CDS) offer a free, confidential counselling service to all students who study exclusively online. The service is provided online via Skype or over telephone - depending on what is easier and more convenient.

Regional and External Students

CDS offers a free, confidential counselling service to all enrolled regional students. The service can be provided face-to-face, online via Skype or over the phone - depending what is possible for you as the student. OUA Students

OUA have ceased ‘in house’ counselling services, and now outsource their counselling to Acacia Connection (a national EAP provider)

One on one, face to face and phone counselling available (depending on location)

To access counselling students are referred to the OUA counselling website and are required to email the highlighted address there.
