What is Boot Camp?

Boot camp is group training that covers both strength and cardio endurance. Sessions will help you attain a great balance of overall fitness, whilst enjoying the great outdoor surrounds on Curtin's Bentley campus. Sessions are individually designed and instructed by qualified trainers to focus on full body conditioning. What to expect in a typical session

Sessions are one hour long and incorporate cardio warm-up, followed by easy to challenging exercises such as running, squatting, pushing, lunging and a range of functional training exercises alternating between cardio and strength exercises with cool-down stretches at the end.

Yes, you will sweat it out! Yes, we will take you to a variety of planned intensity through the round, from continuous and progressive to intensive sessions. Yes, we will push you to your limits to maximise your performance while respecting your fitness levels from an easy fun to some serious fun!

Get the most out of your session by coming prepared - wear comfy clothes, appropriate trainers, bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel.

Session Times

Choose from five session times per week. Each session runs for 60 minutes.

6.30 am to 7.30 am Monday, Wednesday
5.30 pm to 6.30 pm Tuesday, Thursday      
8.30 am to 9.30 am Saturday


A full round runs for six weeks. Sign up for two, and save! To sign up for two rounds payment must be made at Curtin Stadium reception.  Two round sign-ups not applicable for Round 6 however 10 visit passes can be purchased.
