Relaxation is just the beginning...

I Liq Chuan, the Mental Art of Awareness, is a moving meditation that develops the capacity to focus the mind and pay attention, combating stress day by day. Learn the skill of 'Spinning Hands', which releases shoulder and neck tension, strengthens the shoulders, chest and back muscles and integrates shoulder and upper body movement back to the core.

Classes will be conducted by Chris Newell, certified I Liq Chuan instructor.
