Keep your body and mind active with a range of free offerings!

C U Fit for Free

Participate in a new fitness experience with monthly activities as part of the C U Fit for Free program.

Everyone is welcome.

No prior registration is required. Sign up at reception on the day.

Shape up this May with FREE 45 minute Zumba and Body Attack classes.

- During the month of May from 11.05 am to 11.50 am
- Tuesdays and Fridays 
- Group Fitness Room
Tuesdays Zumba: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 May
Fridays Body Attack: 4, 11, 18 and 25 May

Free for everyone.

Maximum 28 people per class.

Explore Curtin lunchtime fitness

Explore Curtin is excited to partner with Curtin Stadium to bring you a different fitness class each Wednesday, absolutely free!

Join us on Wednesdays in Building 205 Room 125C (near the Creative Quarter) at 12.30pm for free group fitness. Please check the Explore Curtin Facebook page for more information.
