Is there a stage available at Curtin Stadium?

We have a stage that can be configured in a number of ways. We have 18 pieces in total and we can conform it to your needs.
Each piece is 1.8m long by 1.2m wide and 0.6m high. We have steps and skirting for the stage and also a ramp if you require wheelchair access to the stage.

What are the seating options available in the main arena?

We have two banks of tiered seating, one bank seats 880 and one bank seats 970. We also have 640 flat seating.

How much is the seminar room?

Curtin staff and students can book the seminar room between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday free of charge.

Do you provide Audio Visual equipment?

We recommend engaging with an external provider for audio visual requirements as we currently do not offer this service. One of our recommended audio companies is Austage events.

Do you provide catering options?

We don’t have catering onsite however we have recommended external providers.

Do you have staff working during our event?

We have fully qualified event duty supervisors that ensure that your event runs smoothly and will assist with any of your queries. 

What equipment can I hire from Curtin Stadium?

This depends on what you require however we offer staging, drapes, carpet, bollards, whiteboard, lectern, chairs, beanbags, exam tables and trestle tables for hire.

If you need equipment that Curtin Stadium is unable to provide, we can recommend external hire equipment companies. In the past many of our clients have used The Event Mill

What type of events does Curtin Stadium hold?

We’ve hosted a number of events including but not limited to conferences, gala dinners, graduations, family fun days, fashion shows, art exhibitions, conventions, dances and church services.

What type of venue options do you have available?

Curtin Stadium offers an adverse range of venues that can be transformed for your event. Our undercroft area can hold 800 people and is popular for food fairs, markets and family fun days. The Main arena can host over 2000 people and be transformed for the event you are hosting. We also have a smaller seminar room which is perfect for workshops, conferences or small classroom styled events.

Do you provide rubbish bins?

We can provide you with 660L waste bins on request for your event . We have an additional eight smaller dust bins that can also be used.
