Event Details:

Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning



Kettle bells are great and challenging way to spice up your workout regime compared to your conventional resistance training equipment. Working with kettle bells provides added benefits such as increasing strength stamina along with improving balance and joint stability! Are you a regular sports goer, athlete or fitness fanatic? Our Group Pilates class will help you enhance your performance by developing core control and dynamic stability through our flowing and controlled movement sequences. The Pilates flowing sequences include strengthening, stretching, balance and proprioception exercises using only a mat and your own body as resistance. Regular Pilates compliments your training, keeps you supple as will assist with injury prevention.

Pilates for office workers



We all know sitting is the new smoking, but did you know that regularly practicing Pilates can help you combat the effects that sitting for extended periods of time can have on our body? Our Group Pilates class is practiced on a mat and is specifically designed to help you feel amazing after a long day at the office. The class style is a series of flowing stretching and strengthening exercises using your own body weight as resistance.  Our class will help you to reduce tension and stress, improve your posture, tone and strengthen your body as well as leaving you feeling invigorated after every class.

Train for a Triathlon



Train for a Triathlon on our Tri Fit Active program. attend three sessions a week in a group-exercise program for beginner triathletes. The program runs for 6 weeks (total of 18 sessions) and is designed for people who want to increase their levels of exercise through swim, bike and run and achieve the goal of completing a Triathlon. Tractive has been developed for adults who would like to be a bit more active and take on the new challenge of triathlon, but don't really know how to get started.

Program includes:
- 3x sessions per a week (total of 16 sessions) with expert coaches Eclipse Performance Centre
- Personalised training programs so if you miss a session you can continue your training in your own time
- Personalised support from expert coaches during your training
- Entry to the Coogee Beach Triathlon on Sunday 8 April 2018
