Assessment Centres

Assessment centres are used by employers to assess your behaviour through a series of exercises and activities in a simulated business environment.

Assessment centres are commonly used by large companies, and in the selection process for vacation and graduate employment programs. During an assessment centre, you may be required to participate in a series of work exercises, role-plays and group discussions. Your actions and exhibited qualities, including how you interact with other candidates, will be observed and assessed throughout these activities. Preparation is the key to demonstrating your true potential to recruiters and excelling in an assessment centre.

Contact Careers, Employment & Leadership if you would like to discuss a particular assessment centre.
