An employer is likely to have formed an impression of you at an interview within 60 seconds - how can you make this a great first impression?

This module will guide you through preparation to maximise your chances for interview success, including:

  • Research techniques to answer common interview questions
  • Presentation tips on body language, attire and dealing with nerves
  • Practising a real-time interview with professional feedback

  • Source accurate information about your workplace rights and responsibilities specific to your working situation
  • Explore your salary and wage entitlements including superannuation
  • Understand what constitutes bullying and/or discrimination in the workplace and what your role is in eliminating this behaviour
