Turn conflict into opportunity with Dr Ann O’Neill, Founder, Patron & Clinical Supervisor, Angelhands Inc, on Wednesday 15 October from 12pm-2pm.

Learning how to handle conflict resolution effectively is an essential skill for us to develop. Many people view conflict as negative and uncomfortable, an issue to be avoided or ignored. Conflict however, can be a tool for change, and isn't inherently good or bad. Adapting to different types of conflict and using more than one conflict management style or approach are skills that can help us resolve conflict effectively.
