Curtin Stadium’s monthly member challenge for October is the number of wrist to knee crunches you can do in 1 minute.

This month will include a "most improved" aspect so members can attempt the challenge in the first 2 weeks of the month and try to improve in the remaining two weeks of the month.

There are two category of winners for both female and male including overall winner and most improved from first attempt.

Challenge ends Tuesday 31 October 2017.

Ask one of our fitness staff on the Fitness Centre floor on how you can enter or alternatively you can email for more information.

- Gym floor staff member must watch and time client.
- Two attempts per person, per monthly challenge. First attempt must be in first two weeks of the month and second must be in final two weeks of the month.
- Staff have final say.
- In case of a tie – the participants must share the prize.
- All members and non-members can participate (including group fitness), but only membership holders can win the prize.
