How do you keep your mind and body active?

Curtin Stadium is proud to partner with Act Belong Commit to encourage and motivate Australians to live a more active lifestyle.

Act Belong Commit inspires individuals to find ways to keep mentally and physically active for a healthier and happier lifestyle. Acting to stay active every day, belonging in a community, group or club, and committing to helping others, taking on new challenges or volunteering.
Research has shown that people who exercise regularly experience higher life satisfaction levels than those that do not exercise at all.

There are many ways to keep mentally, socially, and physically healthy at Curtin Stadium:
- Group Fitness Classes
- Outdoor Functional Training
- Recreation Programs
- Social Sports

How do you stay active during your day?

It is important to put together at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. Curtin Stadium offers a 7 day free fitness pass to explore our fitness facilities and exercise in a space that is comfortable and motivating for you. Our purpose is to create healthy lifestyle choices for Curtin students, staff and the wider community.
