Our response to the Curtin Stadium Customer Satisfaction Survey

Based on your responses to our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey we have implemented a number of changes to improve the overall experience at Curtin Stadium.

  • Extended weekday and weekend hours
  • Purchased new equipment including treadmills, cross trainers and Synrgy 360
  • Introduced self-serve check-in for Group Fitness to address feedback regarding waiting times
  • Added Boxing for Fitness and other new styles to Group Fitness timetable
  • Purchased new yoga mats and increased cleaning frequency
  • Increased hours and added extra benefits to Studio memberships
  • Opened up our discount offers to existing clients rather than just new/first time clients
  • Modified facility cleaning strategy to ensure more effective cleaning of all areas
  • More emphasis and investment placed into building maintenance to ensure flooring, walls and fixings well maintained
  • Customer Service improvement strategies to manage traffic flow and provide a greater level of customer support through sales training and management support
  • Streamlined front desk policies and procedures to allow customer service staff to provide more face to face assistance to customers

The 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey will open in mid-late May 2017.
