Looking to learn something new?

The Curtin Experiences Recreation Program has introduced the kettlebell strength and conditioning classes in the five week program commencing 2 October 2017.

Kettlebells are a great and challenging way to spice up your workout regime compared to your conventional resistance training equipment.
Working with kettlebells provides added benefits such as increasing strength stamina alone with improving balance and joint stability.

Join Curtin Experiences twice a week for 45 minute sessions with Spencer Dawson who will teach and guide you through the correct techniques of kettlebell swing, press and squat.

The program is suitable for both beginners and experienced kettlebell users as exercised will be tailored to participants' abilities.

Program information
5 week programs: (10 sessions)
Monday 2 October - Wednesday 1 November 2017

Time: Mondays and Wednesday 7.30am - 8.15am
Location: Gym Floor, Curtin Stadium
