If you're new to the gym or want to learn some of the basics, join the Gym Foundations Class for Curtin Stadium Fitness members.
The classes run from February 28 to Thursday 30 March 2017 and will teach you the basics of using a gym and some simple exercises you can incorporate into your workout.
The classes are free to all existing and new members and run for 60 minutes from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm every Tuesday and Thursday until the end of March. Starting in the stretching area with a warm up, you will also learn how to use the life fitness machines, cardio machines and end the session with some basic stretches and a cool down.
There is a limit of eight members per class so you will need to book in advance at reception or contact us on 9266 7870 to secure your spot!
