Lace up and give homophobia the boot

Curtin Stadium is proud to support Pride in Diversity and Skins' colourful campaign to help tackle homophobia in sport.

The campaign encourages people to wear rainbow shoelaces and participate in the Rainbow Round of Sport between Thursday 31 March and Monday 4 April.

Curtin Stadium has received 800 pairs of rainbow laces to be distributed amongst sporting clubs, athletes, social sport participants and fitness members.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the issue of homophobia in sport and stop people feeling intimidated and hiding their sexuality from their friends, fans and teammates.

The Curtin Stadium building will be lit up in rainbow colours to support sexual diversity in sport.

Show your support and pick up a pair of free rainbow laces from Curtin Stadium reception!
